Suspicious critical alert text on iPhone 14

I have been receiving texts that say I have a critical IOS alert. It tells me to go to axxxxxxxxfo. Is this legitimate? I’m afraid to trust it. I have iPhone 14

No, it most definitely is not legitimate. Do not click on any link, do not call any phone number. Delete the text and block the user.

Sup georgegirl,

do not engage with the message or sender because this can result into a actual problem. Any no, it is not legitimate and possibly a scam message. I do have a solution to this problem though, just block and delete the user or app/website where it is coming from.
