2013 Mac Pro internal drive issue
I started an install of software and realized that I was low on drive space on my internal SSD. I made the mistake of opening another app to uninstall some things to free up space while I was installing in the other app still. It seemed to be working fine though and I left the room. Came back to gray screen and no response to any key commands. Powered off and now any time I try to boot, I don't get my usual chime. Fan spins up, but it just comes up to gray screen. I have tried all the usual stuff, unplugged, target disk, NVRAM, even opened it up and blew compressed air and put the original RAM back in it. Nothing makes it do anything other than come up without a chime and on gray screen. I took the drive out and have mounted it in an OWC Envoy and tried mounting on another Mac, same OS, does not even see it. I tried connecting to a PC, does not see it. So I think at this point I'm asking for recommendations on a legit data recovery service, because there is material on there I HAVE to try and salvage. But does anyone have any other ideas? Nothing will even see it, Disk Utility, Disk Drill, etc.
