Phone stopped working randomly seems to be water damage.This has happened with previous iphone's but nothing has spilt on it l.
The screen is effected and has some black on it which effects the touch . The passcode was put in multiple times due to the screen being water damaged .Multiple attempts of that caused the iphone to say (Iphone unavailable) with no option to erase .

then as it says in Step 6, you'll need to use a computer to reset your iPhone. But if the iPhone has been damaged, that may not work and you'll need to take your iPhone to an authorized service center for diagnosis and a repair estimate.

Water damage can't be repaired, time for a new phone.
