Quick menu on iPhone for AirPods

I see I can access various pages to access various settings for my AirPods.

1 A swipe down, I can click on the volume tab and I can click the ear symbol.

2 I can select my AirPods Pro in the settings menu.

3. I can also go to Accessibility

4 Etc etc

it really seems as though I’m continually pressing through all these options to achieve my required settings.

Is there a one page fits all, of am I stuck with this continual searching?

oh, and how do I adjust the sound quality - it’s a bit tinny, lacking bass - is there an equaliser?
