Frequent message contacts have disappeared

Can anyone help to explain what happened to my message contacts they just disappeared. And one photo you’ll see the pictures of my frequent message contacts and then the other photo they’re gone like I don’t know what happened to him. How do I get that back? it just happened in the last couple days and I don’t like it as this happened to anybody else? Please if you know how to fix it please help me. I really appreciate it. Thank you!
