When I open Safari on my Mac it doesn't resume my last session of windows, I have the setting "Safari opens with: All windows from last session" enable, by the way I'm using macOS 15.1 and Safari 18.1, is there a way to solve this issue or a workaround?

Hello, don’t click the red icon to close Safari. This clears the tabs and windows. Instead, close it by right-clicking the icon in the Dock and choosing Quit, or by using the keyboard shortcut command + Q.
