How do I reset my iPhone network settings

Can someone tell me what I have to do to connect my iphone1 again cause I love that phone

Not really. You should be able to do other things with it such as: viewing email, taking photos, browsing the internet, etc. But it won't be able to preform one specific function that makes a phone a phone, cellular connection. The original iPhone uses 2G to connect to a cell network. 2G is a pretty slow compared to today's standards. Because of that and the decline in demand for 2G the major phone carriers have decided to shut down their 2G infrastructure for the more faster 4G and 5G. I have 2 iPhone 4's and they work just fine without connection to a cellular network. The drawback is that you can't use phone or text messaging.
