iPhone XR has any benifits with Apple Intelligence?

Apple Intelligence is available for the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, and all of the 16-series phones.

Your iPhone XR is eligible to run iOS 18 – but not to run Apple Intelligence. It has 3 GB of RAM, the smallest amount of any iPhone that is able to run iOS 18. All of the iPhones that got Apple Intelligence have newer processors and at least 8 GB of RAM, so while you may get other iOS 18 features, there is little or no chance of any Apple Intelligence features coming to your iPhone.

By the way, iOS 18 was released a while ago, so you might to move from the Public Beta to the production version.
