Apple Music Offline Playback Issue on iPhone during Low Connectivity on my iPhone.

Description of the Issue: During my recent trip, I experienced an issue with Apple Music where it repeatedly played the same few songs multiple times despite having many other songs downloaded. This occurred specifically when data connectivity was low, leading the app to get "stuck" on a small group of songs instead of continuing through my playlist as expected.

Details:

• Device: iPhone 13
• Context: I was driving and unable to interact with the app to manually select different songs.
• Repeat Behavior: The songs were not on repeat mode. After two or three repetitions, it would eventually move to the next track, but only among a limited group of 3-4 songs.
• Expectation: I expected Apple Music to prioritize offline playback by selecting other downloaded songs in the playlist rather than attempting to stream when connectivity was low.

Impact: This issue significantly impacted the listening experience, particularly while driving, as it was not feasible to change settings or select new songs manually.
