How do I request refund from Apple for double charged subscription?

I was double charged for a subscription this morning and I need a refund. I only have one Apple account so it should not be showing up twice.

If you're only seeing this on a card statement, check you haven't subscribed to the same service twice, once through Apple and a second time directly with the service provider. E.g., Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC - Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC - Apple Support - "Make sure to join Apple Music through either Apple or your mobile phone service provider, so that you're not charged by both."


Click on this link to read what to do "If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement" --> If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support Note, if you are a Family Sharing organizer, purchases or subscriptions made by another family member may be charged to your card but will not appear under your purchase history or subscriptions. Ask family members about those or check the email receipts Apple sends you for any purchase charged to your Apple Account.

2. Select: Subscriptions & Purchases

3. Select: Unrecognized charge.

4. Click on Continue.

5. Choose a solution or article, or scroll down to contact methods and select a chat or phone call.

Please see your subscription overview for double listings: See your subscriptions overview - Apple


Please see your purchase history for double billing: View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support


If you made two purchases for different products or services, then you would be billed for both. If someone else used your payment method for their Apple Account, then that will not be considered double charging in Apple’s view. If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


If you are the organizer of a Family Sharing group with the Purchase Sharing option active, then you would be billed for any purchase (not using account balance) that any of the group members have made. If you want to be compensated, then organize that among the group members yourself.
