I cannot open files that I’ve downloaded and saved

My iPad won’t let me open files that i have downloaded and saved in the files app, it says that the file can’t open

iPad, iPadOS 17

Most likely the files didn't download correctly or fully and are corrupted. Have you tried deleting the file and re-downloading?

Yes, I've tried deleting the files and re-downloading, I've also tried turning the iPad off and on again, I've tried opening them in word first and it won't download or open.

有可能就是文件檔案了私隱模式，所以入不到去
