Are there any workarounds or ways to return to the old Photos app?

before anyone says "give it time" thats not the answer, this new design is fundamentally awful. yes its neat for viewing memories......but impossible for viewing a video I JUST SHOT. are there any workarounds or ways to hack the phone and bring this back? if not, please return the old photos.
