Why is the App Library missing after iPadOS 18.1 update?
After installing iPadOS 18.1, App Library is missing. Is this an intentional feature of the update?

Update: The problem seems to be fixed, now.
- I activated the setting that allows App Library to appear inside the dock.
- Next, I used the icon to open a page containing all installed apps, sorted into folders.
- Then, I changed the setting back so App Library icon would not show in the dock.
- Finally, the App Library page, opened in Step 2 above, remained open and functional (my objective).
