Update my iPad 15.8.3 to update 16
I’m trying to download an app that says I need to update to iOS16.0. But my settings says all updates are current. My iPad is iPad Air 2. Version is 15.8.3.

An iPad Air 2 or iPad mini 4 isn't capable of 16 or above; they require an A9 or better CPU. Try downloading the application to a newer unit on the same Apple ID first.
