My iPhone is displaying ''Unknown Part'' although it was never repaired or opened. i just reset my phone to factory settings and suddenly the error popped up

Might be a false alarm, but you will need to make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to let them check and test the phone.
