Do all MacOS accept exporting of passwords?

Hi:)

I am trying to export all of my passwords to a csv file. I know that i need a Mac to do this, but i do not own one or know somone hwo own one. I am actualy thinking of buying a used Mac. But i have to be shure that the last os that the older mac supports still can export passwords from a new keychain. I am sure that the oldest mac´s do not supports this from a secutity stand?

So my question is. What kind of Mac is it safe for me to look for? Or what os is the oldest that will support exporting passwords trough Safari from a new keychain?
