I have an Apple credit card and want to transfer my balance to a 0% interest card. How can you do this without an account #. Never realized I have no account #. Only last 4 digits. It will not work with virtual card number.

Officially Apple Card does not permit balance transfers. It’s in the terms and conditions. It’s considered a non-conforming payment and may be rejected by Goldman Sachs.
Unofficially, I know several people that have done it, by calling and requesting a supervisor and requesting a balance transfer. They may or may not grant your request.
