I received a notification on my iPhone SE that reads:
New iCloud Terms and Conditions
To use iCloud on this phone you must accept the new iCloud Terms and Conditions and enter your iPhone passcode.

When I hit the “continue” link, I get a message that reads “cannot complete action”.
Can someone please explain what this means.
