Calendar alert going off 1 day 15min before event

i have a weekly event with alerts set for 30 min and 1 hour in advance. my default alert time is 1 hour. i get an alert every week for the event 1 day, 15min before. the event is Friday @ 3p and the ghost alert is Thursday @ 2:45p. i still get the ones i’ve set up, but how do i make this ghost alert go away?

*it gave me iphone 13 as an option, but it’s an iphone 13 mini. i am updated to the latest iOS 18.1
