Adding Friends and Collaborative Playlists in Apple Music

I just recently got an Apple Music subscription, and I wanted to Collaborate on a playlist with my friend, but the app won't let me. I created a playlist, clicked the three dots, and the collaborate feature just wasn't there. And also, Apple Music won't let me add friends, it just unchecks the slider whenever I exit the settings section.
