2 FCP 11 problems. Missing offline titles...If you continue problem and No captions showing on export.

I have a very simple project with no effects added. 1:20:27 long with just 8 short clips. Only two cross fade used. Some clips are retimed. I get the "Project" has missing or offline titles, effects etc...If you continue, these items will be replaced..etc. BUT...if I snapshot the clip and attempt to export (Apple Devices 4K) I do not get that warning.

Second issue. I have created Captions for a project. All looks fine. When I export the project the resulting video shows no captions. I fully rendered the project. I also only show ITT as an option when I click on a caption and look in the Inspector. Ripple Training discusses other caption options that don't seem available but I see nothing when I export my video in terms of captions....In the Inspector all of them show No Problems Detected under "Validation". I'm guessing I'm missing something simple....
