I can't find some of the emails I've sent, with a cc to me, in the Sent folder. I use the Sent folder as a historical record - sometimes, but not always, I may find them in the Archives folder. Where can I see all my sent emails?

Seeing Sent eMails:
Other than where you've mentioned, you may have them in another folder. I would also try using the Search Bar on the top-right corner of the window in the Mail app. You'll see the location of the message dulled to the far-right side of the sender's name.
