Logic 11.1 not working. Greyed out and can't open or create any projects.

Most of the menues are greyed out and I can't open or create anything. It doesn't seem to load the program properly, no loading sign, it's kind of like it's skipping that part but open up the menues and settings without beeing able to use it. My OS is sonoma 14.7. I've tried most of apples tips how to solve logic problems, restart, use another user account, open in safe mode, deleting com.apple.logic files etc..

Any ideas?
