I went to the location on Find My but I can’t use the Find thing to locate it better and it seems it’s not here anymore.
So I was wondering if my lost/ apple pencil pro is connected to a another iPad will it update its location on Find My, will the person who stole it will be able to use it even if I marked it as lost?

Sadly I read it but nowhere is specified if my Apple Pencil Pro is connected to another iPad, it's location will update on Find My.
When you initially paired this pencil with your iPad, you actually associated the pencil with your Apple ID. As such, even if someone steals your pencil they will not be able to use it.
