My iPhone 13 Pro Max camera starts making noise and shaking after I updated to iOS 18.1
If I attach magnetic to the edge of the camera it will stop, could it be a software or hardware issue?

The magnets utilized by the image stabilization system are disabled when in close proximity to another magnet. What you’ve in essence done is disabled the stabilization system.
The stabilization system needs to be replaced by Apple Support. Please contact able support to get complete diagnostics performed and confirm my suspicions.
