- For the user interface, choose from the what is offered in the in-app settings. Settings﹥Language﹥… Options may differ by device. Your preferred language may or may not be available.
- For subtitles, choose from what is offered in the in-app settings. Settings﹥Subtitle Language﹥ … Not all content may have the chosen subtitle language.
- For audio language, choose from what is offered in the in-app settings. Settings﹥Audio Language﹥ … Not all content may have the chosen audio language.
I would expect that most Apple TV+ content has Arabic subtitles. Most Apple TV+ content would not have Arabic dubbing options. Buy or Rent titles may have different language support, based on what the supplying studio has chosen for your region. The region of the Apple Account determines the Store region.
To see to options for language support inside a selected stream, try changing the subtitles or audio in paused mode. Change subtitles or languages for videos in the Apple TV app - Apple Support. Use the Subtitle button or Audio button in the lower corner.
To see to options for language support for a buy or rent title, scroll down to the Languages header section on the movie title’s details page. That would list what is included in the stream.
