MacBook Air keeps crashing/restarting

In the past month or so I've had issues with my laptop just blacking out and needing to restart every so often but this morning it has started being really frequent. Kept getting a crash report that started with this:

panic(cpu 7 caller 0xffffff800ed487de): Kernel trap at 0xffffff800ebcd32f, type 14=page fault, registers:

after a quick google search I:

did an update (to OS Sequoia 15.1)

shut down the laptop after the crash

this seemed to help (the crashes are less frequent / it seems if I'm just browsing it's okay but if I try to also listen to Spotify - crash)

I freaked out and plugged in my external hard drive to back everything up but it at first ejected it (and gave the message about how I should eject it correctly) then when I added everything to the HD and tried to eject it I kept getting the error that it couldn't eject because a program was using it although I had closed all programs and relaunched Finder. I just forced ejected it.

I then saw the suggestion to DL and run EtreCheck so I've done that and here is the results:

I don't know what any of that means so I'm hoping for some guidance on a solution. I know enough to google what's wrong & follow the steps to fix it. Hopefully I don't need to take it into a store.

Thanks!!!
