Anyone have workarounds for activating tickets in wallet that are associated with a different Apple ID? The tickets are non transferable in Ticketmaster.
Contact Ticketmaster support may be your only recourse.

If you mean that the tickets are in someone else's Apple Wallet, then if Tickmaster says that the tickets are non-transferrable, then there is probably no way to accomplish this. But contact Ticketmaster and ask them.

There is a post in another community that says to change your Ticketmaster email for your account to the same as your Apple ID. Evidently, some Ticketmaster functions are tied to both emails matching as a security measure.

Thanks, email is same for both, but tickets still won’t activate in my wife’s wallet.
The tickets are non-transferable, and my TM account is associated with my Apple ID, so they won’t activate on someone else’s phone. It’s a TM issue, but so far they can’t help.
