Unable to charge iPhone

Hello, I have a question, this afternoon I wanted to connect my iPhone 15 because the battery was already low, when I tried to charge it it didn't work, I even tried several chargers because I thought it was a problem with my charger but it still didn't give any signals. Also, I tried to use MacSafe but it didn't work either, after about 15 minutes I tried again but this time it was charging but at first the screen was flashing. Could someone help me know what it is?

Force restart your iPhone:

Press and quickly release VOLUME UP

then

Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN

then

Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (15-30 seconds), ignoring "slide to power off" if it appears

The operative word here is QUICKLY; and try it a couple of times, the timing is a little tricky. If done correctly this will always work unless the phone has a hardware problem.
