I tried purchasing COD Points in Call of Duty Mobile, but I keep getting an error message that says, “Your purchase could not be completed.

I only use iTunes gift cards to add funds when I buy COD Points. My balance is sufficient, and I’ve verified:

• My payment method is valid.

• My internet connection is stable.

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? Should I contact Apple Support directly, or is there a simple solution for this?
