i have a 2020 MacBook Pro. I don’t know what I did but I get to intial login screen, enter password and get to “enter a password to unlock the disk ” McIntosh HD“
I hit unlock an apple and progress bar appear than apple startup noise and back to login screen. Round and round we go.

Try to start up in Safe mode if your MacBook Pro is completely booting up finish.
