Teacher in need of help with Mac book air tracker. Please!
My Mac book air tracker is not working. I believe a student spilled water on it. I have been using a plug in mouse, but now that doesn’t work. Help please!
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

What do you mean by air tracker? Do you have a AirTag attached to the Mac?
What does the mouse have to do with the tracker?
If water was spilled it may have damaged the usb ports on the Mac, in which case you would need to set up an appointment at a Genius Bar in an Apple Store or authorized service provider to get it looked at and diagnoses. They can the explain your repair options.

I assume you mean the trackpad.
there is no magic that will fix it. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of you local Apple Store. They will explain your options.

I'm guessing that the mangled title "Mac book air tracker" parses as (Mac book air)(tracker) – or, as KiltedTm surmised, MacBook Air trackpad. A USB mouse could act as a substitute for a trackpad – until water damage caused the USB ports to fail, as well.
Your only option is to take it to Apple for diagnostics. Not unusual for water to cause a computer to fail completely.
