I was using Visual Lookup on the IPhone 14 but now it has disappeared and can’t seem to find it anymore. I tried updating to IOS18.1 but it still does not work. And yes my phone is connected to the internet.

I found the problem was that “Show Related Content” has to be enabled on the Search function under Settings.
A long shot, but you haven't change languages on your iPhone, have you? Visual Look Up is only available in a limited number of languages.
No, only English.
