iphone 16 posix 60 error

I struggled for a very long time to set up my email. I keep getting errors about the wrong password, even though I enter the correct one. When I finally managed to get it working, the email only works intermittently. Often, I see an error for this account in the bottom bar, and when I click on it, it shows “POSIX 60.” On my old iPhone, everything works fine, but unfortunately, it doesn’t on the new one. Is there anything that can be done about this?
