icloud app on windows 11 home version 23H2 not syncing

icloud app on windows 11 home version 23H2 laptop. Was working great then all of a sudden stopped syncing. Tried sign out/sign in, uninstall/reinstall, backed out of last windows update, still not syncing. Any ideas folks???
