I have upgraded from iPad mini6 to iPad mini 7.
The two are now cloned with the exception of my downloaded music. How do I get this onto my new iPad when windows 11 no longer has iTunes?

The Music app can’t actually sync anything.
Redownload it from the iTunes Store, or use Music to sync it from the PC.

It is music which I had stored from cds downloaded into iTunes.
i cannot use iTunes now as I have Windows 11.
