I am unable to do sidecar with my MacBook air moterey 12.7 to my iPad 10th generation. Wifi, bluetooth, apple id and hands off are all turned on. But when I go to screen mirroring my iPad isn't showing. I don't know what to do. Does the device I have are compatible?

The 10th-generation iPad is compatible with Sidecar.
You have not established that your MacBook Air is compatible with Sidecar. All that you have told us about your Mac is that it is a "MacBook Air Monterey". Sidecar requires a MacBook Air released in 2018 or later – and there were MacBook Airs released in Early 2015 and in 2017 that are compatible with Monterey, but not with Sidecar.
