Unable to connect to 5G on my iPhone in India

I am unable to connect to 5g on my device in India for the last 2 days. I have restarted the device, put on airplane mode, resetted network settings, contacted customer care of jio but to of no use. In voice and data the 5g and 5g auto options are locked. Someone please guide me.

my friend, you sim does not support SIM. It's written right in front of you in the settings.

Buddy please explain and also do see the top two options of 5g are blocked, I can only click on LTE
