How can I delete my old Apple Account from my iPhone?
My Apple ID is not working on my phone it say it’s inactive I would like to use my other Apple ID but it won’t let me delete the old one

You will need to regain access to the account in order to remove it.

If you can't do that, you will need to present Apple with the original proof of purchase for the device to have the activation lock removed.
