It is no longer possible to purchase with financing on the italian store

Nobody answers because none of us work for Apple, and on top of that I can only think of one person who helps on this support site who lives in Italy. The rest of us are in other countries and I know I for one have absolutely no idea what financing policies are in other countries. :-) I bet even that person in Italy won't know the reason if there has been a change in Apple policy. Apple tends not to explain its reasoning for doing things, it just does them. If you want to know, I suggest you go into an Apple Store and ask to speak with the manager.

I have never bought anything with financing so I don't know. Plus I don't know what you had before and if what is available in the USA is any different or has even changed at all.
