That looks like mostly-duplicated info posted twice, and with one copy partially obscured by the dock.

For the fully-visible window, boot into safe mode, and remove the following highlighted files:

Looks like a slightly different version of the usual file name obfuscation is in use, too.

Why probably? I don’t know what else might be installed here, and these apps always evolve and change.
