What causes Error Code 2002F- on MacBook?

My laptop kept restarting constantly with a “report the problem” message. So i tried reinstalling macos. It would work till the end and say something with “error”. It turned off and now im stuck at the globe. Ive put my wifi in, it loads, then it goes to the globe with the error triangle on it. Ive tried command R, but nothing works. Im stuck with the only option of the wifi globe but it keeps doing error. What should i do? Is there anything i can do, should i go to an apple store?

That's about a day too long. Refer to If you can't start up from macOS Recovery - Apple Support, but if you exhaust all those options you may need to take your Mac in to be serviced because the possibility of a hardware fault becomes increasingly likely.

I think your WiFi connection is something wrong. You'd better use wired, Ethernet Internet connection when install macOS on your MacBook.

Or take your MacBook to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to install macOS on your MacBook there. As far as I know, it's free.
