AppleTV Home Sharing and Media Sharing turned ON on Airbook

I have setup AppleTV on the same WIFI network as my Airbook. I went to General Settings, turned on Media Share, signed in with same AppleID. Though the toggle switch indicates ON, when opening the pop up window for Media Share, the top left button is grayed out stating Media Share is OFF. My ID is grayed out as well as options to change. When I to the AppleTV with 4K TV, it states there are no Libraries available. I tried unplugging a rebooting, getting same results here. Please help.
