When scrolling down with magic mouse, the page jumps up when I get to the bottom of the page

This started a couple weeks ago. Cleaning the magic mouse has not helped.

I'm not keeping a finger on my mouse and moving it up. It mainly happens while gaming (World of Warcraft), in selecting a character or using the dialog box.

Thoughts?
