All my Notes on my iPhone on very old and very few. It does not update with changes I make in Notes on my iMac. I assume it's a iCloud issue, but can't figure out the right setting. Any suggestions?

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, turn off Notes, reboot your iPhone and turn Notes back on.
