I cannot use my computer. I need to unpair keboard linked to dead laptop. I can use only my iPhone. Because I cannot use computer without keyboard and laptop is dead.

If this is the Apple Magic Keyboard, did you try to press and hold the power button of the keyboard, until the status light keeps blinking? Then open the Bluetooth settings on your new Mac to pair the keyboard.
