AirTag tracking on hacked iPhone 12

So I bought this iPhone 12 few months back and recently I got a notification saying AirTag was tracking me. So odd thing is this happened after I noticed a truck had been following me every time I left my house. So back to the AirTag when I read the message I looked through my bag turned it inside out to see if I had an AirTag Nope nothing so I was brain storming and thought some how the refurbished iPhone I bought somehow allowed this to happen I’m very concerned and my iPhone is diffently hacked or what ever you call it Virus I need help.
