I bought this phone from the pawn shop, I don’t have no computer or the originally iCloud, and i don’t know the passcode either, how can I reset it? Or do I need to get a computer with itunes

That's correct. It's a brick. Completely useless. Return it and get your money back if you can. If they refuse a refund, turn it over to the police. It's probably stolen.

If the iPhone is locked with a passcode and Find My through iCloud, there is no way for you to reset it without the original owner's Apple ID. Return the device for a refund.
