How can I disable generative AI iphone 14 Pro iOS 18

I'm a fine art photographer, and I use my iPhone to capture people, places, and things. I won't come back to a photograph. In the past, I tagged photos by tapping on the image in iOS. Now I have to swipe up iOS to scan the photo, and if It can ID a face, it will let me name it, but sometimes it just scans and scans and scans and gives me an option to look up. I don't need the phone to tell me who or what is in the photo; I just want to be able to tap the image, add a tag or a name or a location, and save the image. The generative AI scanning the photo is no help; how do I turn it off?
