I bought my IPhone 16 Pro Max on October 9, 2024. I was trying to purchase AppleCare and warranty but is saying my iPhone is not eligible for AppleCare+.. Im still within the 60 days. Anybody have an idea why this is ?

No, but you can contact Apple Support to get it sorted. It has not even been 60 days since it’s actual release.
